Radius Homes Ltd conducted a design contest in order to select an architect-led, multi-disciplinary design team to lead the development of a new 100+ unit, social housing scheme in the Creggan area of Derry, which will adjoin and fully integrate with an enhanced sport, leisure and cultural offering on the Sean Dolan's GAC site.
