Abstract

NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust and on behalf of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to carry out the refurbishment and remodelling of two 2-storey buildings, the demolition of one, 1-storey building, and the construction of one 2-storey building between the existing. The Works are to create new offices, treatment, counselling areas for the local community. The full extent of the works required are outlined within the tender documents. The tender will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender based on 70% cost and 30% technical as detailed in the ITT document.
