Derby Homes wish to appoint a contractor to undertake surveying, sampling and providing assessment of materials containing, potentially containing and contaminated by asbestos and shall include:

— management surveys,

— refurbishment or demolition surveys,

— sample analysis,

— air monitoring, and

— re-inspections.

Please note, asbestos removal is not included within this contract. This is for surveying and sampling only.
