This framework being let by Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council to deliver services across the Borough of Redcar and Cleveland and its boundaries. The framework is open to Darlington Borough Council, Hartlepool Borough Council, Middlesbrough Borough Council and Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council. These authorities may choose to utilise this framework if they have Traffic Management Services requirements in the contract period and will be responsible for fulfilling their own obligations.
The award value stated is covers all authorities requirements over the full contract period there is no guarantee of this value as part of the contract
