The works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for the following reason: protection of exclusive rights, including intellectual property rights
Explanation
The Business Services Organisation (BSO) utilizes project vision supplied by cora systems as their project and programme management solution. Support for the existing solution ends on 31.3.2020. The BSO need to ensure continuity of the business support provided by project vision which provides a wealth of current and historical data critical to the effective internal management of the BSO portfolio of projects. In addition, BSO need to maintain a development path to cater for more refined and sophisticated approaches to portfolio/programme/project management to keep pace with changes in recognised standards and an increase in the BSO overall portfolio of projects. In addition, upgrading to the latest supported version of project version will enable BSO to avail of new functionality to review/redesign current processes in areas including risk management, benefits realisation, resource tracking and other areas.
