Having regard to its obligations and responsibilities under the NHS (Procurement Patient Choice and Competition)(No 2) Regulations 2013, NHS Merton CCG has assessed the most appropriate route to awarding this interim contract, having regard to the necessity to secure continuity of these essential patient services and has concluded that the incumbent provider is best placed to deliver the service solution at this time.
