The service will be delivered by a partnership of organisations under one unified contract instead of multiple contracts/lots. The aim is to procure a service which has a wide range of expertise, shared values and principles.
A minimum of 3 organisations will come together to form the partnership and co-produce, coordinate and deliver support and accommodation provisions that champion independence, inclusion, peer support and well-being by bringing diverse expertise and approaches together.
The service should not be delivered via subcontracting arrangements but by a partnership, with parity of interest in delivering the specified outcomes even where they deliver different proportions of the pathway. Organisations within the partnership will be mutually accountable and supportive of one another; making decisions based on the best outcome for the person.
