The Norfolk Continuing Care Partnership is an operational unit of NHS Norwich Clinical Commissioning Group, providing services to NHS Norwich, NHS West Norfolk, NHS South Norfolk and NHS North Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Groups.
NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (NHS AGCSU) on behalf of The Norfolk Continuing Care Partnership is looking for a fast track CHC service involving purchasing nursing homes beds and domiciliary care rounds for the following lots:
Lot 1: 1x care home bed, West Norfolk;
Lot 2: 1x care home bed, North Norfolk;
Lot 3-6: 4x care home beds, Norwich (maximum 2 beds per home);
Lot 7-8: 2x care home beds, South Norfolk (maximum 1 bed per home) (Note: Commissioners require the homes in this location to be within 18 miles, by road, of the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital).
