Glasgow School of Art (GSA) is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide cleaning services which includes end of session deep cleaning in May and September and also cater for the summer hotel business which ‘pops up’ over the summer months when undergraduate students are not in session. This contractor cleaning is all within or flats and bedrooms. The contractor is responsible for cleaning from flat front door and inside flats. GSA inhouse cleaning is responsible for the rest of the accommodation including all common and corridor areas up to flat front doors.
