The service is being offered to our members, not for Jisc's own use. The agreement will run until 31.12.2022

The works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for the following reason: procurement aiming at the creation or acquisition of a unique work of art or artistic performance
Explanation
Association for computing machinery are the sole provider of this unique content. Jisc is clear that the arrangement falls within the artistic derogation, contained within Regulation 32(2)(b)(iii) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, permitting Jisc to enter into the direct award.
