The works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for the following reason: protection of exclusive rights, including intellectual property rights
Explanation
Support and maintenance of the housing management system can only be provided by Northgate public services. The service have undertaken discussions with the supplier to agree requirements and ensure the costs are in line with their expectations. Renewing the contract for the next 5 years instead of annually, secures the best price and minimises inflationary increases year-on-year.
