Aberdeen Heat and Power wishes to invite responses for a multi-lot framework to extend our district-heating network in Aberdeen City.
Interested parties may bid for 1 or more lots, for the supply of labour and/or the supply of materials in the development of district heating in Aberdeen into new and existing building including; district heating mains, building connections, installation and civil engineer contracts as follows:
1) Carry out excavation and re-reinstatement works for district heating mains installation;
2) Install buried pre-insulated heating mains and pipe work and equipment, forming connections to buildings;
3) Supply heat network pipe and associated fittings;
4) To supply materials and equipment for new hot water central heating systems, utilising the heat network, to be installed into housing and other buildings;
5) Install central heating systems, utilising the heat network, to housing and other buildings;
6) Supply and install electrical controls, panels and wiring.
