Tenders are invited for the supply of Dog Warden and Kennelling services. The successful supplier will be responsible for providing this service, liaising closely with the Council’s contract manager. The Council’s detailed requirements are detailed in the invitation to tender documentation. The successful supplier will be required to:
— investigate, seize, collect and return to the owner or kennel any dog, which is reported as a stray dog within the area of the authority,
— undertake enforcement activities for dog fouling and other dog control offences,
— provide a service for the promotion of safety with dogs and responsible dog ownership,
— assist the authority with additional patrolling and investigation of noise complaints relating to dogs as and when required.
