Contract for graduation services – Gown hire and/or photographs tender Ref: 20/AG/006 return date: 12.00 noon 26 November 2020 Graduation The University of Winchester confers awards for approximately 3000 graduates each year. We hold our graduation ceremonies once a year (usually over a week in October) in Winchester Cathedral, with support services (gown hire, photography studios, ticket collection etc) being conducted in a range of locations including on campus, at Winchester Cathedral and in Winchester Guildhall. We are looking for suppliers to provide gown hire and/or photography under the two separate lots detailed below. Suppliers are welcome to bid for one or both of the lots.
