NHS NSS wishes on behalf of NHS Scotland to purchase Computerised Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (cCBT) and the support and maintenance of the software. The contract will be for an initial period of 12 months in a test of change activity called Phase 1 (maximum budget of GBP 80 000 for each lot). There will be the option of a Phase 2 Roll out if there is both Clinical acceptance of the findings of Phase 1 and approval of a funding request for this future optional Roll out phase. Phase two if approved will last for two years.
There are two lots in relation to this Notice. Lot 1 General Anxiety Disorder (GAD) software and Lot 2 Insomnia software.

Generalised anxiety disorder (GAD) is one of the most common mental health conditions, with the WHO stating that anxiety disorders are the 6th leading contributor to global disability of any health condition, physical or mental.
NHS National Services Scotland on behalf of NHS Scotland requires a supplier to provide GAD Software and related services.
The contract will be for an initial period of 12 months in a test of change activity called Phase 1. There will be the option of a Phase 2 Roll out only if there is both clinical acceptance of the findings of Phase 1 and approval of a funding request for this future optional Roll out phase. The maximum budget for the test of change activity is GBP 80 000.
