The framework is for ad-hoc pieces of GB and UK/EU-wide energy Market review (electricity, gas, carbon, balancing), BREXIT, net zero and regulatory change, related analysis, expert review services including rates (hourly, daily, etc.) and secondee support to help manage any resourcing bottle necks within the team.
Also LCCC would like to add targeted and specific additional capability in supporting new analysis on forecasting, energy (electricity, gas, carbon, balancing market) related regulations for the Contract for Difference (CfD) scheme, Capacity Market and related topics e.g. levies, settlements and metering arrangements, electricity storage, Carbon Capture, Use and Storage (CCUS), production of hydrogen via electrolysis and decarbonisation of heat and transport etc.
