Abstract

The Authority requires a new Semi-Automatic Horizontal Baler at its Recycling Centre at Gwalchmai on the Island - this will replace an existing baler which is currently on site. The new baler will be used to compact and bale cardboard collected from the kerbside and from two Household Waste Recycling Centres.
