European Innovation Partnership (EIP) Wales Evaluation

Description of the goods or services required

The Welsh Government (WG) is intending to commission an Evaluation of the European Innovation Partnership (EIP) Wales scheme. The EIP aims to bring farmers / foresters together with researchers to find innovative solutions to on-farms issues and disseminate these to the wider agri-forestry sector, primarily through Farming Connect activities. The 24 month evaluation is expected to include a scoping stage, desk based reviews, remote interviews, a survey of participants, and dissemination analysis. The expected outputs of this work are an inception, interim, and final report, a presentation to WG Staff, with full requirement to be outlined in the published specification. These will be used by the WG to review current activities and outcomes of the EIP as well as inform similar future schemes.
