Bedford College is seeking tenders for two design and build projects on the main campus at Cauldwell Street in Bedford.
Project 1 will involve work to single storey construction workshop. The building will be remodelled to create an enlarged workshop at the east end of the building and the roof in this section will be raised. The project also includes the over cladding and re-roofing of the whole work shop block.
Site visits are encouraged — full details are included in the tender pack.
