M&Y maintenance and construction, a wholly owned commercial subsidiary of Regenda Ltd, wished to establish a DPS for provision of subcontractors to assist with the delivery of the services provided by M&Y including repairs, maintenance, refurbishment and construction.

The DPS was subdivided into 72 categories; subcontractors were able apply for one or more categories.

It was intended that the DPS will run for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further period of up to 2 years. This DPS is now being closed and a new DPS (DPS 2) will be established.

Works were required, predominantly, for individual or communal residential sites, but may also have included individual, communal, commercial/industrial sites, sites of historical nature, or new building sites.
