Abstract
The Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the construction of 2 x 1 bed bungalows and 2 x 2 bed bungalows and 4 x 2 bed houses at Ysgol Llanfachraeth, Llanfachraeth with associated landscaping works, as per the guidance given in the tender documentation.

Questions and requests for clarification must be done via the sell2wales Q&A function.
Tenders must be submitted via the sell2wales postbox facility by 12:00pm on the 09/10/2020.
Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems.
