New works/services, constituting a repetition of existing works/services and ordered in accordance with the strict conditions stated in the Directive
Explanation
The supplier was previously engaged after an open tender process but the contract did not proceed only because of previous Council funding cuts. The re-engagement of this supplier, now that the funding deficit has been addressed will provide best value to the Council because of the supplier's existing knowledge of the project and also because it is intended to use the drawings which they had previously produced.
