— To date cabling and Wi-Fi coverage surveys at HQ, Class A, Class B sites and a sample of Class C sites have been completed.
— The Bill of Materials from ANS had to assume a number of Wireless Access Points because the surveys had not been completed.
— The sites in scope have been categorized as HQ, Class A, Class B Communal, Class B Flooded, Class B Flooded including Wi-Fi in customer properties (Supported Living sites only) and Class C.
— Sub-contractors for ANS, Vietec and Invisible Links survey results have quantified the number of WAP’s required to meet the original site classifications.

VII.2) Information about modifications
VII.2.1) Description of the modifications
Deliver the project as per the original scope:
HQ Flooded
Class A Flooded and for Supported Living, including customer properties (excluding Firsbrook)
Class B flooded
Class B communal
Class C remains the same (1 x WAP at each site).
VII.2.2) Reasons for modification
Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire
Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:
Deliver the project as per the original scope: HQ Flooded Class A Flooded and for Supported Living, including customer properties (excluding Firsbrook) Class B flooded Class B communal Class C remains the same (1 x WAP at each site) A waiver was raised for GBP 419 450,27 including VAT; this figure was always with a risk based on estimated number of WAPs and cabling lengths which may change. ANS and its sub-contractors have since quantified the number of WAP’s required to meet the original site classifications. In order to deliver the original scope, GBP 899 517,55 inc. VAT is needed.
