Abstract
STREAM (Sensor Technologies for Remote Environmental Aquatic Monitoring) is a marine and environmental monitoring project funded from the European Union’s European Regional Development Fund through the Ireland Wales Cooperation programme.
STREAM at Swansea University require a variety of high specification sensors that can operate continuously over a 90-day period between routine maintenance intervals, to include installation and report on the collection of data over a fixed period of time.
Due to budget constraints, this procurement comprises three separate Options (in order of preference).
Option 1 – 2x fixed system
Option 2 – 1x fixed system & 1x portable system
Option 3 – 1x fixed systems
The University may select Option 1, Option 2 or Option 3 and appoint the Most Economically Advantageous Tender to deliver the requirement or neither option.
