Abstract

A rheometer is required to meet the demands of an EPSRC funded research project. A stress controlled rheometer is required which is capable of applying (i) user defined chirp waveforms, (ii) user defined, aperiodic waveforms, involving stress controlled chirp waveforms superimposed on a unidirectional stress and (iii) repeated, user defined, aperiodic waveforms involving stress controlled chirps superimposed on a unidirectional stress. Access to (and the ability to export) the raw torque and displacement waveforms is critical to the intended application.
