The Authority is now going to the market to implement a new solution to fulfil the following objectives:
• More effective management of service resources
• Reduction in double entries into the system
• Better data management
• Improved management of Flexible Rostering rules
• Support for Working Time Directive compliance
• Improved access to the system through remote access
The contract will be for an initial 5 year period with the option of 3 extensions, the first and second extensions being for a period of 2 yeas, followed by a final 1 year extension.
