Abstract

Barcud are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to carry out proposed alterations to Llys Pedr which is situated in Lampeter. All tendering and associated works are to be carried out in accordance with the documentation included within this tender pack. Please note that works shall not commence until April 2022. Works are being tendered in advance to allow the successful contractor sufficient lead-time to source relevant material and labour.
