Lots 11 and 12 were not accepted by the awarded contractor and will be retendered along with the lots where there was no award. The initial estimated total value figure given in the Contract notice in Section II.2.6 did not include the 36 months extension period, this figure should have read £2,435,400 which includes includes the 36 months extension period. The awarded contract value is £2,135,530, this is for the 3 year contract period including 36 months extension period. If required, the review clause may be included for the circumstances detailed within the Tender documents.
