Breckland District Council are inviting tenders from suitably experienced suppliers for the provision of a Planning and Building Control software system.The Council’s current Planning and Building Control system is Ocella. The new system requires the ability for 50 regular users.The modules required include Building Control, Land Charges, Street Naming and Numbering, Development Management, Enforcement, Section 106 and Policy Management.
