THIS TENDER NOTICE AS DETAILED BELOW IS ADVERTISED IN WELSH ONLY BECAUSE CAPABILITY IN THE WELSH LANGUAGE IS ESSENTIAL TO THE DELIVERY OF THE CONTRACT.

The Welsh Language Commissioner wishes to commission a survey that will evaluate:

i) what are the experiences of individuals in their dealings with local authorities in relation to their well-being meetings?

ii) what effect has that had on their ability to express themselves in Welsh at those meetings?

iii) what obstacles, if any, were encountered at the meetings in trying to express themselves in Welsh at the meeting?

iv) what effect do individuals think it has had on the outcomes of the meeting and their well-being?

v) what could be done differently to improve their experiences of using Welsh in well-being related meetings?

vi) whether the experiences of the individuals are consistent with the duty under Welsh language standards 25 to 26B and standards 81 and 82 imposed on local authorities, and what those experiences tell us about local authorities' compliance with these standards?
