The DPS will go live on 3rd April 2023 and will remain open to schools to apply to join at any time until 3rd April 2028.
  The Council is working with adam HTT Ltd to introduce a web-based system, adam Procure, to manage the DPS.

    The London Borough of Merton (“the Council”) is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to make placements for Children and Young People (CYP) with Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plans in the Non-Maintained and Independent Special Schools (NMISS). The DPS will go live on 3rd April 2023 and will remain open to schools to join at any time till 3rd April 2028, upon satisfying the minimum entry criteria. Placements would be made individually but will all be under an overarching agreement to standardise terms and standards across placements to ensure consistent quality
    Providers who wish to supply placements for Children and Young People (CYP) with Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plans in the Non-Maintained and Independent Special Schools (NMISS) services to the Council will need to apply online at https://www.adamproviders.co.uk
