Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust are looking for a supplier to provide renal dialysis and nephrology services to patient's resident across Gloucestershire. In addition, a small number of patients from Herefordshire, Worcestershire together with patients on holiday in the area, attend the Trust's premises for treatment.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The services within the scope of this tender are comprises of both the provision of nurse assisted haemodialysis services for both chronic and acute patients under the clinical management of the Consultant Nephrologists and the provision and maintenance of associated equipment. There are currently four dialysis units and there is also a small home haemodialysis service.
The Trust's objective is to secure the provision of high quality, comprehensive and integrated care and treatment for chronic and acute patients who require maintenance dialysis treatment either haemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis.
The Contract to be offered to the successful Supplier at the end of this Procurement will be for an initial duration of 7 years, which is intended to run from 01 June 2023 until 31 May 2030 with the possibility of two extension of up seven (7) years in the first instance and secondly up to a further two (2) years.
