Each Tenderer must satisfy itself as to whether or not in its view the TUPE regulations will apply and Tenderers are advised to seek independent professional advice on the consequences for them if they are the successful Tenderer and the TUPE regulations are held to be applicable.

Please note Lot 4 Bus service linking communities in Clackmannanshire with each other and with Forth Valley Royal Hospital, Larbert. has a different contract term and please also note that Lot 4 is subject to NHS Forth Valley payment terms and conditions.
