Powys County Council is seeking to enter into a contract with a single contractor using the JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2016 Edition with Schedule of Amendments for the Reinstatement of Fire Damaged Building, Glanyrafon Farm, Painscastle, Builth Wells, Powys, LD2 3JJ.

Minimum standards and qualification required

Tenderers must meet the requirements published in the Contract Notice. These represent the basic business requirements of the Council (the "Minimum Requirements"):

Constructionline Silver registration with work categories relevant to the contract,

SSiP Health and Safety Accreditation,

Tenderers with be required to pass a Financial Assessment in accordance with the instructions within the Financial Analysis Information document and Qualification Envelope on eTenderWales.

Insurances are required as follows:

- Public Liability Insurance - £10,000,000

- Employers Liability Insurance - £5,000,000

Tenderers must pass a minimum threshold in demonstrating their experience of works of this type, value and complexity as detailed within the tender documentation.
