Abstract

Welsh Government, as part of its approach to drive high performance and support development conversations use the Strengths Profile tool. This approach has been successfully embedded in the organisation for a number of years, on an individual and team basis. We have a group of trained internal Strengths Practitioners who provide de-brief sessions and a number of profiles available for staff. To continue this approach for staff, the Welsh Government require continued access to the Strengths Profile tool, a suite of accredited training and development interventions delivered by Licensed Strength Profile experts. Specifically • Access to the Strengths Profile tool and reports for individuals, managers and teams • Initial and refresher accredited training for internal Strengths Practitioners • The design and delivery of bespoke development sessions to a range of staff through both virtual and face-to-face delivery. Topics include but not limited to: o Understanding your Strengths and the Strengths Profile model o Managing and Leading with Strengths o Using your strengths to make an impact o Strengths to Develop • The provision of Team level Strengths Profile reports and delivery/facilitation of Team Strength workshops (virtual/face to face basis), to enable teams to explore strengths together, recognise their Strengths and understand how they can use them to the benefit of the team. • As a bilingual organisation we are committed to providing bilingual services and will expect to work with the successful Supplier to deliver Strengths Profile products bilingually. It is expected that the contract will commence early 2023 for a term of three years The successful Supplier must be able to provide the Strengths Profile tool and associated products at a competitive rate and to the highest quality. The successful Supplier must also be licensed Practitioner to ensure any training is accredited.
