Abstract

Hywel Dda University Health Board have funding to appoint a suitable Provider to support the Integrated Psychological Therapy Service with the provision of or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy to reduce the Health Board’s waiting list for the following period 1st February 2023 – 31st January 2026 Provision of or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy is a specialist service with specific standards to be met in accordance with NICE Guidelines, these include: • Multi-disciplinary team Approach • Clinical Assessment with individual • Observation Assessment • Use of a valid diagnostic tool as specified in current NICE guidance • Diagnostic Threshold as set out in DSM5 or ICD-10 The contractor will be expected to undertake individual diagnostic assessments of up to 30-40 adults, aged between 18 years and over per year for a period of 2 years and 3 months.

Description of the goods or services required
