A multi-lotted Framework Agreement to provide an effective procurement route for the maintenance, management and development of all of Hampshire's green and outdoor spaces, for the immediate and long
term benefit of Hampshire and surrounding Counties residents, and its visitors.
HCC and other Contracting Authorities will have access to a carefully selected group of providers on the framework who will have been assessed during the procurement process for their financial stability, experience,
technical and professional ability.
The overriding objectives of the Framework Agreement are:
- provide value for money,
- consistent quality of service and workmanship,
- reduce waste,
- streamline processes,
- identify and effectively manage risk,
- use of KPI's to achieve continuous improvement,
- collaborative working.
The works will typically be undertaken in but not limited to:
- country parks,
- farms,
- sites of historic interest,
- schools,
- social care centres,
- care homes.
Applicants can apply for as many lots as they wish, however if you apply for Lot 1 Small General Works, you cannot apply for Lot 2 Large General Works and vice versa.
