Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a qualified and experienced service provider/s to manage and maintain all hard facilities, ensuring the utmost efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
Scope of Services:
The tender will cover a comprehensive range of hard facilities management services, including but not limited to:
Mechanical and Electrical Systems Maintenance: Ensure the reliable operation of all mechanical and electrical systems.
Building Fabric and Structure Maintenance: Maintain the structural integrity of our facilities.
Plumbing and Water Management: Manage plumbing systems and water efficiency.
