We are presented with an opportunity to revisit our ageing platforms, as well as providing a community approach for those that don't quite "fit the bill" and consolidate activity, where appropriate, to provide a unified, consistent, high-quality user and customer experience.
We are looking for a vendor to provide a service that creates a seamless and consistent user experience (for admin and the end-user), that allows community members to connect, share and learn on a variety of topics...
