Abstract

Jisc has three core strategic goals for 2022-2025:

1. Deliver the right solutions;

2. Empower communities; and

3. Be a force for good.

We are presented with an opportunity to revisit our ageing platforms, as well as providing a community approach for those that don't quite "fit the bill" and consolidate activity, where appropriate, to provide a unified, consistent, high-quality user and customer experience.

We are looking for a vendor to provide a service that creates a seamless and consistent user experience (for admin and the end-user), that allows community members to connect, share and learn on a variety of topics...

Please read the RFI document for further information.
