II.1.4) Short description
This ITT is by the Standards and Testing Agency (STA), on behalf of the Department for Education, to carry out a competitive procurement exercise to award a contract for video and material creation services.
This contract will be for a minimum of one year, with an optional extension, subject to the requirements and budgetary approval of STA. The value of the initial term (1 year) is expected to be £60-100k. The maximum contract value, if the maximum extension is enacted by STA, is therefore expected to be £120-200k.
STA requires external creation services for:
Standardisation trial:
• Creation of three pupil Standardisation scripts and commentaries for key stage 2 (KS2) teacher assessment following the existing standardisation format
• Creation of two teacher judgment videos supporting two of the pupil scripts
• Creation of three teacher judgment transcripts supporting all the pupil scripts
• Creation of 2-3 additional pupil materials, per pupil script example, in accordance with current Standardisation exercise material format
• Completion of user testing feedback to provide clear understanding and comparison between video and transcript user feedback
• Quality assurance review of all created materials
Exemplification materials:
STA requires external professional proofing, enhancing and creation services for:
• Proofing, enhancing and quality assurance review of existing KS2 teacher assessment frameworks exemplification materials;
• Creation and quality assurance review of new KS2 teacher assessment frameworks exemplification materials.
