Being considered is how best to resource each category, and whether this should be with a single contractor or a group of contractors:<br/>a) Reactive repairs and voids<br/>b) Planned and cyclical maintenance<br/>c) Gas safety – Servicing, repairs, and boiler installations<br/>d) Electrical safety – Servicing, repairs, and installations<br/>e) Lifts – Servicing, repairs, and installations (this could include lifts operating within the Ealing corporate property asset portfolio)<br/>f) Asbestos – removal<br/>g) Water Hygiene – Servicing, repairs and installations<br/>h) Fire safety – including fire risk assessment responsive works<br/>i) Decarbonisation and retrofit.

This includes a need for feedback on the appetite, ability and experience of service providers
