The City of Doncaster Council (the Council) is seeking to establish a Flexible Procurement System (FPS) under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) of suitable providers to deliver adult, family and community learning within the Borough of Doncaster. This process will be used to establish a list of suitable providers, available to access throughout the term of the FPS, to assist the Council to deliver engage adults and provide them with individually tailored programmes to support Personal Development; Professional Development and Work Seekers. The FPS will be reopened for further applicants in a series of bi-monthly rounds, as one round ends the next round will open. However the City of Doncaster Council reserves the right to amend the frequency of the throughout the term of the FPS

The initial deadline for receipt of Requests to Participate, Round One, is 12 noon 13th December 2023. Round Two will open as round one closes and will remain open for two months. All other rounds will open on a bimonthly basis. However the City of Doncaster Council reserves the right to alter the frequency of the rounds during the term of the FPS.
