  Housing 21 is a not-for-profit organisation; the aim of this tender is to ensure suitable suppliers are selected for the for the north and south region. Suppliers can bid for both regions but only be successful for one region. 
  Housing 21 is looking for suppliers to supply quality window dressings to include curtains, blinds, pelmets, roller blinds, poles, matching cushions, bed throws and all other accessories such as tie backs and trims linked to dressing windows and communal areas in our retirement living and extra care courts. This also includes office spaces as well as lounges, restaurants, guest rooms, hair salons as per the design of the building.
  The contract term is three years with the option of a two-year extension. 
  The forecasted contract value is £1.75mln, this has been doubled to take account of Housing 21 objective to double in size in the next five years.
