  This tender is for the requirement for installation of windows and doors across numerous Housing 21 courts in England. 
  This tender is split across 46 counties, bidders can bid for all counties, however, Housing 21 reserve the right to award any one contractor up to circa 7 counties, but reserve the right to alter this number in line with competition outcome; The object being to maximise contractor availability and provide a range of capable contractors to support the contract. 
  The contract term is five years with the option of a four year extension. 
  The annual spend is approximate £2.5mln to £3.2mln, this spend is doubled as Housing 21 aims to double in size in within the next 5 years and contractors should have capacity to ensure works can be delivered while Housing 21 increases. The estimated annual spend (including VAT) is £5mln to £6.4mln.
