NRW is committed to making all reasonable adjustments for staff who have a range of accessibility issues and require help having different workstation set ups. Processes have been put in place to support this. We are looking for a company that can provide impartial DSE assessments (across Wales) for staff who are still having aches/pains after making the necessary workstation adjustments as per the online training, or have been diagnosed with certain conditions. We are also looking for a company who can provide Ergonomic driver assessments for driving at work.

NRW is committed to making all reasonable adjustments for staff who have a range of accessibility issues and require help having different workstation set ups. Processes have been put in place to support this.

We are looking for a company that can provide impartial DSE assessments (across Wales) for staff who are still having aches/pains after making the necessary workstation adjustments as per the online training, or have been diagnosed with certain conditions.

We are also looking for a company who can provide Ergonomic driver assessments for driving at work.

Total quantity or scope of tender

• The contract duration will be for two years with the possibility to extend for a further two years.

• A contract performance review will be carried out at quarterly intervals.

• The decision on whether to use the extension option available will be at our discretion and we will base it on the following factors:

o Performance

o Budget availability

o Other reasons deemed by NRW

This is an all Wales contract.

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

Each bidder is invited to submit a full, detailed tender response to this ITT by completing the Part B: Bidder Response. Tender responses must be returned electronically via the e-procurement portal detailed below.

Bidders must return their completed Part B: Bidder Response by the deadline set out in the timetable at section 4 Procurement Timetable. Late tender responses may be determined by NRW to be non-compliant and therefore excluded.

BravoSolution has overall responsibility for any technical queries including:

• Access to the etenderwales portal;

• Access to the online ITT and technical parameter documents via the portal; and

• System advice and guidance.

NRW reserves the right to extend the deadlines set out in section 4 Procurement Timetable at its absolute discretion. Any extensions granted will apply to all bidders.

Bidders must read this entire document, and any instructions provided on the e-procurement portal before completing any part of this tender.

Bidder responses to questions in the Part B: Bidder Response must comply with the character count where specified. Please note that any part of the bidder’s response which exceeds the stipulated character count will be disregarded and will not be evaluated.

Unless the guidance in the Part B: Bidder Response or any other provision of this ITT expressly permits or requests it, bidders are not required to submit any other information with their tender response. Please note that any additional information supplied by bidders that was not requested will be disregarded.

Tender responses (including all accompanying documents) may be submitted in English or Welsh. A tender response submitted in Welsh will be treated no less favourably than a tender response submitted in English.

It is essential that the Part B: Bidder Response of this ITT is fully completed and returned. Any incomplete tender responses may be determined by NRW to be non-compliant and therefore excluded.

All prices referred to in a tender response must be stated in Sterling (GBP) and be exclusive of VAT.

Tender responses will be evaluated in accordance with the methodology set out in Annex 3 Evaluation Information of this ITT.
