Handmade would be highly desirable.The Authority expects to appoint a maximum of three suppliers, with one supplier per lot for this contract, who can demonstrate they have the ability to supply value-for-money and fit-for-purpose products and/or services as identified in these requirements, in the most economically advantageous way.
