II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The Framework is for an agreement between the appointed Supplier(s) and Staffordshire County Council, acting in its capacity as the administering authority of the Staffordshire Pension Fund, to supply an independent property valuation service for the Local Government Pension Fund Property Portfolio in accordance with the terms as agreed within the Framework.
The Framework will be for a period of 4 years. 1 February 2025 - 31 January 2029. Individual call offs from the intended parties can be for a period of up to no more than 5 years.
Following the formation of LGPS asset pools in 2018, Staffordshire Pension Fund is part of the LGPS Central Pool. Along with 7 other Partner Funds.
For this Procurement the County Council is allowing the following Bodies to utilise the contract -
• Cheshire Pension Fund
• Cheshire West and Chester Council
• Derbyshire Pension Fund
• Leicestershire Pension Fund
• Nottinghamshire Pension Fund
• Shropshire County Pension Fund
• West Midlands Pension Fund (including the West Midlands Integrated Transport Authority)
