Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council is looking to award a Contract for Building Surveying Consultancy services to include; inspection & reporting of building condition surveys for various corporate buildings within the Borough. Each building survey report will provide a detailed summary of the overall condition of the building elements including specific detail of any significant identified defects.

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council (the “Council”) is tendering for a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to provide Building Surveying Consultancy Services to include inspection & reporting of building condition surveys for various corporate buildings within the borough.
Each building survey report will not itemise every minor defect found but instead provide a detailed summary of the overall condition of the building elements including specific detail of any significant identified defects
The Tender will be issued under an ITT issued by Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council via the Chest e- Tendering Portal.
