Tenderers are invited to submit bids for one, two, or all three lots. The University reserves the right to award Lots 1 and 2 separately or jointly, or to award Lot 3 in isolation, depending on which scenario offers the most advantageous tender outcome. This assessment will be based on overall value for money, considering both price and quality. Bidders are therefore encouraged to tender for all three lots where feasible, to maximise their opportunity and support the University in achieving best value.
