The Coleg wishes to appoint a company to provide a political monitoring service for three years. The purpose of the service is to provide timely information to the Coleg to ensure that we are aware of current relevant policy and political developments; any references to the Coleg in public policy and/or political discussions; opportunities that arise in the near future to influence relevant policy and decisions.

Total quantity or scope of tender

To provide timely information that ensures that the Coleg is aware of current and relevant policy and policy developments, and for the Coleg to take advantage of opportunities to influence.

> A weekly monitoring report tailored to the Coleg including:

>>>> relevant policy and political developments of the week

>>>> an overview of policy and political highlights in the coming weeks and any specific opportunities for influence

>>>> timely information regarding any change in personnel, including Special Advisers and key officers.

>>>> relevant live consultations by Welsh Government, Welsh Parliament committees and other bodies such as Medr, HEIW or Qualifications Wales.

> Information on the spot when it is announced that a relevant minister is appearing before a relevant committee.

> A live bulletin on the spot if the Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol is mentioned in public policy or political discussions, or if there is an important development in one of the Coleg's areas of interest.

> Daily morning bulletin containing Senedd business for that day.

> A summary analysis of political conferences in Wales

> Useful information about elections in Wales and candidates.
